Joe Petersen is a seasoned real estate broker known for his straightforward, personalized service. Meghan Lange began her real estate career in 2005 on the San Francisco Peninsula, specializing in commercial leasing and sales. She then transitioned to commercial property management in Sacramento. In 2012, Meghan brought her commercial real estate expertise to Petersen and Company.

In addition to her role as an agent, Meghan is the Managing Broker of Petersen & Company. She ensures smooth office operations by implementing efficient systems, mentors other agents, and oversees all escrows for the office.

Meghan lives in Acampo with her family, and their farming background further enhances her comprehensive understanding of all areas of real estate. Meghan holds a degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis, providing a solid foundation for her strategic approach to real estate.

Tyler Blagg, a graduate of California State University, Fresno, holds a degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in Dairy Production Management. With over 16 years of agricultural sales experience and a deep-seated passion for agriculture, Tyler specializes in agricultural properties.

He actively contributes to the community through his roles on the California FFA Foundation, the Jordan College of Agriculture AgOne Foundation, and as a Board member of the Lodi Association of Realtors. Recognized for his dedication, Tyler has been awarded the LAR Masters Club Award for nine consecutive years. Residing in Lodi with his wife and three sons, Tyler's family is dedicated to farming and ranching in both Lodi and Grass Valley, CA. They raise registered and commercial beef and dairy cattle, cultivate hay, and produce wine grapes.

Weston Petersen, a 2024 Fresno State graduate with a degree in Agricultural Business, is a dynamic young real estate agent with deep roots in agriculture. From driving pedal tractors as a child to managing thousands of acres after college, Weston brings extensive agricultural knowledge to his real estate practice. His expertise spans beyond agribusiness, with a passion for all aspects of real estate—from helping families find their dream homes to guiding clients through commercial investments. Known for his honesty, integrity, and tireless work ethic, Weston is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring his clients make confident, informed decisions.

Jim Cook joined the Petersen and Company team in 2023. He earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University – Sacramento in marketing and went on to receive an MBA degree from University of the Pacific.  Jim’s primary focus is residential real estate, which he excels in thanks to his clear communication style and problem-solving skills. However, his expertise also draws from decades of working with his family’s businesses. One fun fact about Jim is that he and his family owned the Lodi Papa Murphy’s Pizza store for 28 years.  While he was an owner, Jim made a Papa Murphy’s pizza commercial which aired in 25 states around the nation. Jim and his wife Melanie enjoy traveling and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Brooklyn Kearney (Petersen), a proud Cal Poly graduate, was born and raised in Lodi, CA. Her deep-rooted passion for agriculture led her to purchase her first vineyard of Old Vine Zinfandel grapes in 2021. Although she has been Joe’s assistant since she could walk, Brooklyn officially entered the real estate business in January 2022, bringing her dedication and agricultural expertise to the field.

Jazlyn Rice graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agribusiness. After working for the California Farm Bureau in Political Affairs, she went on to pursue a career in sales and marketing with Ariat International and later the American Quarter Horse Association. She obtained her Real Estate license in 2015 and quickly discovered a way to combine her passions while building meaningful relationships.

Deeply rooted in the western way of life, Jazlyn and her husband reside with their two daughters in Clements where they currently raise American Quarter Horses, and manage a cow-calf and stocker operation across several states.

Taryn Rodriguez is a lifelong Lodi resident. Graduate of Pacific Union College with a Business Degree and has been in the Real Estate business since 2003. Taryn is passionate about real estate, brings a high degree of energy, and professionalism to every relationship and is committed to the highest level of customer service for all of her clients. Taryn got into the real estate business because she enjoys bringing happiness to clients especially first time homeowners.
When not working, Taryn enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Alyssa Clinger has been immersed in the real estate industry since 2016, continuously expanding her knowledge of its various aspects. As the office manager, Alyssa oversees all administrative duties, and her organizational skills and attention to detail keep the team running efficiently.

In addition to her managerial role, Alyssa assists Joe Petersen, ensuring he stays on track with his responsibilities and provides essential support in day-to-day activities.

Alyssa lives in Stockton with her husband and stepdaughter and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University.

Jeannette Petersen is a QuickBooks enthusiast, lunch supplier, and receipt connoisseur. She holds down the fort at home, so Joe can hold down the fort at Petersen & Company. You know what they say about every good man - there’s a good woman right behind him!

Alyssa is a CSU East Bay graduate with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management. She’s new to the real estate world and enjoys learning more about the industry. She grew up in the Central Valley and lives in Manteca with her family. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her dog and explore new hobbies!
