Both wells are interconnected and can irrigate the vineyard independently or all blocks together. The Cabernet, planted in 2012, is clone 337 on 3309 rootstock. The Malbec was also planted in 2012 and is on 101-14 and 5BB. The 65± acres of Cabernet is contracted with Gallo with a minimum price of $575 per ton and a contract max of 650 tons through the 2023 harvest. The Malbec is also with Gallo through 2023. The contract max is 600 tons and the minimum price per ton is $550. With Harrah’s Northern California Casino about 2 miles away, a beautiful oak tree studded creek running through it, along with significant road frontage, it would make an incredible location for a winery.
