This vineyard has more than great cash flow history. It has significant Cosumnes River frontage, large oaks, quail, wild turkeys and occasional deer. The vineyard consists of Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. It has a frost protection system powered by 550 cubic inch Ford propane motors feeding from the onsite reservoir. It is also equipped with drip irrigation from 2 deep wells and a reservoir. Located in the Sloughhouse AVA and grown in Columbia sandy loam soils, the vineyard has a long history of solid production.
