The Malbec was also planted in 2012 and is on 101-14 and 5BB. The 65± acres of Cabernet is contracted with Gallo with a minimum price of $575 per ton and a contract max of 650 tons through the 2023 harvest. The Malbec is also with Gallo through 2023. The contract max is 600 tons and the minimum price per ton is $550. With Harrah’s Northern California Casino about 2 miles away, a beautiful oak tree studded creek running through it, along with significant road frontage, it would make an incredible location for a winery.
