Diversified farming operation in the heart of Grand Island. Two income sources – the cherries are an early crop and can generate significant revenues. The Pinot Grigio grapes are harvested later in the third quarter and are contracted with Delicato through harvest 2025. Pinot Grigio is a favorite in District 17. Grand island is currently under review for being added to the Clarksburg American Viticultural Area. The large landing would make for great views of not just the orchard and vines, but the north end of the island.
